Return & Exchange Policy

At Luvenia’s Vault, we take pride in curating authenticated luxury and vintage designer pieces with transparency and care.

Due to the nature of luxury resale, all sales are considered final unless otherwise authorized in writing by Luvenia’s Vault.

 

Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds are not guaranteed and are granted solely at the discretion of Luvenia’s Vault management.

If a return request is approved:

The item must be returned in the exact condition in which it was received

All original tags, accessories, packaging, authentication cards, and/or certificates must remain attached and included

The item must show no additional wear, damage, odor, alterations, or use

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Authorization

Any approved return request must be authorized in writing prior to shipment. Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery regarding any approved concerns.

Return Shipping

If a return is authorized, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated in writing by Luvenia’s Vault.

We strongly recommend insured and trackable shipping for any authorized return shipment.
